Our technical services are designed to assists owners and developers to identify their needs with the objective of offering solutions that will improve the performance of the property and consequently the financial results.

We focus on:

  • Feasibility studies and site assessment
  • Review and make recommendations on such areas as architectural plans, interior designs, lighting, acoustics, and signage and sizes and layouts of guest rooms, back-of-house areas, front desk, spa, health club, public areas and food and beverage outlets.
  • Create a Hotel Specificationsprogramas per brief and owner input.
  • Advise on specification, quality and quantity of kitchen, laundry, dry cleaning and other specialized hotel equipment, key systems, telephone systems, elevators, escalators and mechanical and electrical systems as well as fire and life safety issues.
  • Advise on design, specifications, quality and quantity of fixtures, fittings, furniture, utensils, crockery, chinaware, silverware, glassware, uniforms and print materials.
  • Supervise the installation of kitchen, laundry, dry cleaning and specialized hotel and operating
  • Work with Life safety Consultants to achieve compliance with fire and life safety systems as required by law.
  • Designate a project officer and such personnel as necessary to provide pre-opening and opening
  • Advise on computer hardware configuration for property management, point of sale and telephone management systems and back office accounting software.
  • Arrange pre-opening training and attachment of management and supervisory staff.
  • Advise and assist the owner and developer on cost/expense efficiency.
