The entry visa will be stamped on your passport as you pass through our Immigration checkpoint.

We obtain what is called an Letter of Approval for you from the Viet Nam Immigration Department. After obtaining the approval for you, we will forward you a copy by fax or email. Copies of the same document will be forwarded on your behalf to Vietnam Immigration checkpoints at International Airports only, so that when you arrive in Viet Nam, the Immigration officers will have those documents on hand and will be able to issue your entry visa expediently.

How to Apply for Visa ?
1- Send us your visa application information (dowload Visa Application Form)
2- Settle the full payment: We offer some popular payment methods you can choose the most convenient way for your payment (see payment methods)
3- We will process your visa right after receiving your payment. It takes 3-4 working days (in normal case) or 1-2 working days (in urgent case) to get Vietnam Visa Approval Letter (see Visa Approval Letter Sample). Then we scan the Approval Letter and send you by email.
4- Bring the Approval Letter, 2 photos (4x6), Passport to get your visa stamped. Visa on arrival the stamping fee is US$25. The stamping fee is submitted directly to the Embassy or Immigration Office at the Airport.
